MARKETING
Marketing is the key to successful rentals. We start with professional photos and a 3-D virtual tour of your property. We syndicate the listing to all major websites including Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, Apartments.com and more. We also market to all of the real estate agents in the area through an MLS listing. Further, we target potential residents through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Exposure is the key to finding the best tenants for your property.
TENANT SCREENING
We conduct extensive screening on all tenants including background checks, eviction history, employment verification and credit history. Our goal is to find you the most qualified tenant possible.
RENT COLLECTION
We provide direct deposit of your rental proceeds. We take the stress of dealing directly with the tenant for monthly payments off your shoulders. Detailed quarterly/annual reports of expenses and income are provided for your convenience.
FINANCIAL REPORTING
We talk with you to learn what type of financial reporting will be the most helpful to you, and then we make sure you receive those reports.
MAINTENANCE
We conduct bi-annual inspections of the property to protect your investment and improve the quality of life for the tenant. We offer a convenient online portal for the tenant to report any maintenance needs. We do not mark up maintenance costs - you pay the actual cost of any necessary repairs, not a penny more.
