  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    We collect First month's rent, Last month's rent and a Security Deposit equal to one month's rent at move in.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    The Security Deposit will be refunded given that the property is left in the same condition as it was at move-in and there are no outstanding rent payments due.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    Contact us to receive a link to the online application.
  • How do I pay rent?

    Tenants pay rent through our online portal.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    All pets must be approved. We collect a $500 per pet refundable pet deposit. Allowable pets vary per property.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    Provide notice through the online tenant portal that you do not wish to renew your lease.
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    Please make all repair and maintenance requests through the online portal. We will coordinate for any necessary repairs. Responsibility for cost will depend on cause of the needed repair. If tenant willfully caused damage it will be repaired at their expense.
